Shipping & Returns

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are a flat rate of $5 per order. We may offer free shipping for certain categories or promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the respective page.

Shipping Times

Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery depending on your location. However, As we use external contractors for shipping, AKINA Teas Australia can only provide an estimate for the shipping times. AKINA Teas Australia assumes no responsibility for your product arriving early or later than the estimated time. Shipping times may vary for different parts of Australia. If you are unsure if we can ship a product to your location please contact us on admin@akinateas.com.au to make an enquiry and we will confirm the locations we can ship to with you.

Order Processing Times

AKINA Teas Australia will aim to process your order within 2-3 business days. Once your order has been processed and is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated time of delivery.

Delivery

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct and accurate shipping address. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you cannot change the delivery address. If you have provided an incorrect address, unfortunately AKINA Teas cannot refund you for the order. In that instance, please contact us on admin@akinateas.com.au or call us immediately on +61 449 233 023 and we can contact our shipping partners to see if they can locate the product. If they can, the customer will bear the cost of re-shipping the product to the correct address. 

Returns

Due to our product offerings being consumables, we cannot accept returns. There are only two exceptions to AKINA Teas Australia accepting returns:


1) The product you have received is incorrect to the one you have ordered.
2) The product is defected or expired.

Missing or Lost Packages

Due to the use of external shipping partners, AKINA Teas Australia assumes no responsibility for missing or lost packages. However, if your product is lost or missing, please contact the shipping company and provide them with your tracking number and they could try and locate the package for you.

International Shipping

If you are located outside of Australia, please contact us for more information at admin@akinateas.com.au. Please kindly note that we are unable to estimate any duties, VAT, taxes, or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of Australia.  These are specific to each destination country and the buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.
